Joseph Morrey has chosen to limit his practice to representing individuals and families suffering from the disastrous effects personal injury or death of a loved one causes them. He believes in leveling the playing field by aggressive investigation and preparation of his clients’ cases. Mr. Morrey firmly believes that the one place which allows the individual to stand on equal footing with big business and insurance companies is in the courtroom. He considers all of his clients personal friends and genuinely cares about their success and happiness in life. This “personalized,” but aggressive, approach results in what Mr. Morrey believes to be the best possible settlements and jury verdicts being achieved.
Since graduating from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 1977, Joe Morrey has lived in St. Joseph and has been trying cases in northwest Missouri and the greater Kansas City area representing injured people and their families.
